ABOUT

Enrique García Echegoyen holds a law degree from the University of Barcelona. Member of the Barcelona Bar Association, he was a member of the Bar Association from 2009 to 2012.

Member of the Governing Council of the Commission of Culture of the Bar Association and currently President of the Labor Law Section. He is Director and member of the Scientific Committee of the Master in Labor Law of the Barcelona Bar Association and professor of the School of Legal Practice. He is also a lecturer in the Master of Law at the Universities of Barcelona, Autónoma and Abat Oliva. He collaborates with the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and teaches labor law at the Universidad Abat Oliba.

He has intervened in all jurisdictional orders in labor matters, especially in litigation of that Jurisdiction, with extensive experience in high-level labor matters.
He has participated in countless conferences and written articles on labor law.
