Ariadna López Purtí is a lawyer admitted to the Barcelona Bar Association, specialized in Family Law and Succession Law, as well as in business relationships.

She is a Collaborative Lawyer accredited by the ACDC and a Conciliator certified by the CICAC, with training in Negotiation (Harvard), Systemic Family Law, and Conscious Contracts. Her approach is humanistic and interdisciplinary, integrating legal, emotional, relational, and systemic perspectives to support individuals in the prevention, management, and resolution of conflicts, as well as in significant life transition processes.

She develops her professional practice from a conscious and responsible perspective, prioritizing dialogue, shared responsibility, and informed decision-making, both in family and business contexts.

She advises companies, professionals, and entrepreneurial projects in the drafting, review, and management of conscious contracts, aligning legal structures with values, organizational culture, and the quality of relationships, with the aim of preventing conflicts and fostering sustainable, long-term partnerships.

She is a lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Appropriate Methods of Conflict Resolution at the University of Mexico and the author of several articles on epistemic tools and essential qualities of the collaborative professional, published in Iustitia (Italy and Argentina).

She is also responsible for the Youth Section of the Association Abogacía & Conciencia and a member of the Catalan Association of Collaborative Law.
