ABOUT

Federico is a legal advisor specialized in Commercial, Civil and Real Estate Law. He holds a double degree in Law from the Nebrija University of Madrid and the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy). In addition, he possesses a Master’s Degree in Business Negotiation from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from Esade Business School. Moreover, he acts as lecturer in Sociology at the “IUL” University of Florence.

Federico has extensive experience in advising national and international startups, investor angels and venture capitals on company law, commercial contracts and business internationalization.

He also has experience in providing legal advice to entrepreneurs and investors both in their day-to-day business and in their corporate strategy and acquisition processes.

He stands out in the startup ecosystem for his expertise aimed at providing both general and specialized legal advice.
