Ignacio Jové is a founding partner in Intlaw. He is director of the Civil Litigation and Criminal Law departments. Ignacio has extensive experience in advising national and multinational companies on litigious commercial matters.

He specializes in Civil procedure, Criminal Law and White collar crime procedures, Contract law litigation, the Law of torts, and Real estate matters litigation. In the Civil procedure remit, he has represented numerous clients on the preparation and presentation of appeals and the seeking of extraordinary remedies for infringements before the Supreme Court.

In his criminal practice, he has headed up many ‘corporate defense’ matters for national and international companies, developing diagnostic protocols and preventative measures in accordance with the requirements of the Penal code.

In addition, he specializes in criminal offences relating to business activities and private individuals on criminal matters, with a strong focus on matters that have an international component or connection. His experience includes representing clients in complex fraud cases, corporate crimes, offences relating to the securities markets and financial instruments, money laundering, and corruption in public and private economic transactions.

Finally, he has extensive experience in defending and prosecuting proceedings before a jury in the highest courts in Spain.
