ABOUT

Sergio is qualified as an attorney enrolled at the Barcelona’s Bar Association (ICAB)
specialized in civil and criminal litigation.
He has intervened in multiple lawsuits of different kinds and nature, initially specializing in criminal litigation, particularly white collar crime, and posteriorly expanding his area of expertise to civil litigation, including tort law, civil liability and contract law. He has also taken an active role in complex insolvency proceedings. His professional activity also has a strong focus on international legal assessment and representation, having assisted clients from France, Switzerland or Belgium in both civil and criminal proceedings before Spanish Courts and Tribunals as the head of the firm’s French Desk.
